2、 Usage conditions:
1. Power requirements: The frequency should be 50HZ, and the rated voltage at the motor end should be ensured to be 380V+5% three-phase AC power supply.
2. Water quality requirements: Non corrosive clean water with a water temperature not exceeding+30 ℃, a volume ratio of solid impurities not exceeding 0.01%, and a particle size not exceeding 0.2 millimeters; The pH value of water should be between 6.5-8.5.
The electric pump should be fully immersed in water for operation, installed upright, and submerged to a depth of not less than 0.5 meters

4、 Structure Description:
1. QS submersible electric pump consists of two parts: water pump and submersible motor.
2. The water pump is composed of impeller, guide vane (guide shell), inlet joint, outlet and other components. The fixing of the impeller adopts a conical sleeve or key.
The submersible motor adopts a water filled structure, with the inner cavity filled with clean water, mainly used for motor cooling and lubrication of sliding bearings; The stator winding of the motor adopts water-resistant electromagnetic wire, which has good water resistance performance, and the rotor is a squirrel cage structure. The upper end of the motor is equipped with a water injection hole and an exhaust hole, and the lower end is equipped with a water discharge hole. The lower part of the motor is equipped with thrust bearings and thrust discs, which mainly bear the axial force of the pump and the self weight of the rotor. The rotor shaft is equipped with a rubber sand slinger and a skeleton oil seal at the insertion point, forming a sand control mechanism that can effectively prevent sediment from entering the motor.
