Product Introduction

1. Usage and Characteristics:
The SP series stainless steel deep well submersible pump is a new high-end energy-saving product developed and produced by introducing advanced electric pump technology and equipment from the United States and Italy. It is suitable for deep water wells, hot water wells, and ocean extraction, and is widely used in rivers, reservoirs, farmland irrigation, industrial and mining enterprises' water supply and drainage, as well as water for people and livestock in plateaus and mountainous areas. It can also be used for landscape fountains, cities, factories, railways, mines, and construction sites for water supply and drainage.
Main features: The all stainless steel material structure is pollution-free and corrosion-resistant. The built-in all stainless steel check valve can effectively prevent the backflow hammer from damaging the water pump when the motor is stopped. It has the characteristics of simple structure, small size, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, safe and reliable operation, high efficiency and energy saving.
2. Usage conditions
Power requirements:
(1) The rated frequency is 50 Hz, and the rated voltage at the motor end should be ensured to be 380 ± 5% volts for a three-phase AC power supply (if the user's voltage is 660 volts, special orders are required).
(2) The power of the transformer load should not exceed 75% of its capacity.
(3) When the transformer is far away from the well, the voltage drop of the transmission line should be considered. For motors with a power greater than 45KW, the distance from the transformer to the wellhead should not exceed 20 meters. For high lift submersible electric pumps. Due to the long length of the transmission line, it is necessary to consider the line voltage drop loss, and it is required that the specifications of the transmission line be two levels larger than those of the matching cable. Using a single transformer power supply, it is required that the transformer output voltage 为400V-440V
2. Water quality requirements:
(1) The sediment content in the water shall not exceed 0.01% (mass ratio)
(2) The pH value is within the range of 6.5-8.5. (Suitable stainless steel grades can be selected based on actual water quality conditions)
(3) The chloride ion content in water should not exceed 400 milligrams per liter:
(4) The content of hydrogen sulfide ions shall not exceed 1.5 milligrams per liter.
(5) Does not contain oil.
3. Wellbore requirements: upright, smooth, without any protrusions or misalignment of the wellbore, and with an inner diameter not less than the corresponding machine seat size.

5. The submersible electric pump must operate completely submerged in water, with a depth of no more than 70m, and the bottom of the submersible electric pump should be no less than 3m from the bottom of the well 6. 5、 Structure Description:
1. The water pump is centrifugal; Using water lubricated bearings: The connection with the motor adopts a rigid coupling connection. The pump impeller rotates under the drive of the motor to generate centrifugal force, which increases the energy of the liquid and guides it through the pump casing for water lifting. A check valve body is installed at the upper end of the water pump to prevent damage to working components caused by backflow of water in the lifting pipe when the electric pump is shut down. There is a drain hole on the valve, which can slowly drain the water in the pipeline to prevent the pipeline from freezing and cracking in winter.
2. The motor is a closed water filled wet structure. The stator winding of the motor is insulated with water-resistant (heat-resistant) polyethylene. Nylon sheathed multi-layer structure (heat-resistant) electromagnetic wire. Both the guide bearing and thrust bearing are made of water lubricated materials. The stator of the motor is filled with clean water to cool the motor and lubricate the bearings. The bottom of the motor is equipped with a pressure regulating film to adjust the expansion and contraction pressure difference of the clean water inside the body caused by the temperature rise of the motor. The upper shaft of the motor is equipped with a sand prevention mechanism to prevent mud and sand from entering the interior of the machine.
3. Pipeline section; Used to connect the electric pump and lift it in the well to transport water to the surface. It mainly consists of short water pipes, water pipes, bends, clamps, and other components. The short output pipe is a transitional component connecting the water supply pipe and the electric pump. Bend pipes are installed at the junction to change the direction of water flow. The clamp plate is used to lift and fix the output pipeline during the installation process of the electric pump.
