The stainless steel deep well submersible pump is a new high-end product developed and produced by introducing advanced electric pump technology and equipment from the United States and Italy. It uses high-performance stainless steel shaft core, housing, and coupling, copper alloy pump head and seat, high-strength sand and wear-resistant modified PC composite polymer material impeller and guide shell, and adopts a new three-dimensional fluid impeller design. Each stage of the guide shell is equipped with metal or rubber high wear-resistant lining, with the best performance in all aspects. Important Notice:
◎ It is absolutely not allowed to test run the electric pump without water immersion.
◎ It is absolutely not allowed to use cables to lift the electric pump from the well.
◎ The electric pump must be at least 5 meters away from the bottom of the well, and the underground water level controller 1 # must be at a distance of 1 meter above the motor to ensure that the motor is submerged in water during operation.
◎ The motor reversal time shall not exceed one minute.
◎ If it is a new or old well that has been out of use for a long time, it must be cleaned with a dedicated well washing pump before installing a new pump to enter the well.
◎ An automatic control box must be installed when using this product
Preparation before installation:
◎ Confirm that the environment for using this product must meet the following conditions
◎ Power supply: three-phase, voltage 380V, 50HZ, voltage fluctuation range: between 360-410V.
◎ The solid content in the water source cannot exceed 0.020% by weight.
◎ The pH range of the water source is 6.5~8.5.
The water well has been cleaned thoroughly.
Connect power cord:
The power cord must use a rubber cable with thickened outer skin specifically designed for deep well pumps.
◎ Peel off 40mm long copper cores from the cable and motor lead wires separately, plug them into 20mm connectors, and then use butyl high-voltage waterproof self-adhesive cloth to wrap the three joint parts in half layers of stretched self-adhesive cloth for three to five layers. Then tie the three connectors together, and use butyl high-voltage self-adhesive waterproof cloth to wrap them in half layers for three to five layers as a whole. Finally, use plastic electrical tape to wrap them in half layers for mechanical protection. Precautions for connecting wire ends: ◎ When connecting the cable to the motor lead, it must be connected securely using a safe electrical connection method.
The self-adhesive waterproof tape needs to be stretched by 200% before half of the self-adhesive tape is overlapped. It moves forward in a spiral manner and is tightly wrapped and waterproof by the centripetal force of the self rubber shrinkage.
◎ The joint area and self-adhesive tape should be kept clean and free of oil stains.
