Product Overview:
The WQD and WQ series new sewage pumps consist of three parts: motor, water pump, and seal, with patented exterior design. The motor is located at the upper part of the electric pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor, while the water pump is located at the lower part of the motor. Hydraulic design using unobstructed flow channel impeller and large channel volute structure. High flow rate, wide efficient area, and superior anti clogging ability compared to traditional sewage pumps. Double or multiple mechanical seals are used between the water pump and the motor, and "O" - type oil resistant rubber seals are used as static seals at each fixed stop. According to user needs, a stirring mechanism can be installed, which generates strong stirring force with the rotation of the motor shaft, stirring the sediment in the sewage tank into suspended matter and discharging it, achieving the effect of dredging.
Structural features:
◆ All rotors have passed dynamic balance testing and bar breakage testing, and the shaft has been quenched and tempered to ensure smooth operation of the water pump
◆ The submersible motor with optimized electromagnetic design, IP68 protection, insulation level B, retains a large safety factor, operates reliably, and has a longer service life.
◆ Hydraulic design of unobstructed flow channel impeller and large channel volute structure, with high flow rate, wide efficient area, and strong anti clogging ability.
◆ Double or triple mechanical seals form multiple sealing lines, using silicon carbide/tungsten carbide friction pairs with low friction coefficient and no jamming. Normal use can achieve 8000 hours of fault free operation.
◆ High quality precision deep groove ball bearings or angular contact bearings can withstand axial and radial loads, with a large bearing margin, low vibration, and low noise.
◆ Safety protection inside the pump
1) Oil water probe (optional): The oil chamber is equipped with an oil water probe to detect the leakage of the machine seal. When the water content in the oil chamber or motor chamber reaches a certain proportion, the sensor outputs a signal.
2) Thermistor element (optional): Installed inside the stator winding, the thermistor element sends a signal when the motor temperature rises sharply due to long-term overload operation of the electric pump or other reasons (phase loss, locked rotor), reaching a certain temperature value.
3) All protective device signal outputs must be used in conjunction with the control cabinet to provide protection
◆ Control System
Special control cabinets can be equipped according to user needs to process various signals output by sensors inside the pump, achieving automated control functions such as control, protection, and alarm.
◆ Installation method: Users can easily choose between mobile hose installation, hard pipe flange connection installation, and automatic coupling installation methods. Provide complete sets of coupling seats, coupling blocks, guide rod frames, etc.
Usage conditions:
◆ Temperature of conveying medium: 0-40 ℃;
◆ The pH value of the conveying medium is 4-10;
◆ The density of the conveying medium shall not exceed 1.2 * 103kg/m3;
◆ The power frequency is 50Hz, the single-phase voltage is 220V, and the three-phase voltage is 380V. The voltage fluctuation range is 0.9 to 1.1 times the rated value;
◆ The diving depth shall not exceed 5m
